RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Returns can be made if any of the following occurs:

- Damage to garment

If there is damage to a Garment upon arrival after purchase then we can arrange for a return to be made. Before the return is made, we must receive images of said garment where it has been damage as well as proof that this damage has occured at our fault and has not been damaged by the consumer.

- Wrong sizing

If a garment is received and it is the wrong size ordered, we can arrange a return of the product. This only applies if the size which arrives is wrong to the one you ordered. This can be found within our terms and conditions which are agreed upon after the transaction. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made for garments which have been damaged upon arrival which is also clearly at our fault. To arrange an exchange for a damaged garment, we must receive images of the damaged garment so that we can inspect whether the damage is of our fault and not the consumers or another third parties. 

Exchanges can also be made if the product which arrives is the wrong size and is different to the size which was ordered.

All return and exchange queries must be opened up within 14 days of your product arriving. Once 14 days have passed, refunds are no longer a possibility.
